Recorded and lovingly crafted between 2019 and 2020 at Prince Street studios in Melbourne, Dan Dinnen & Shorty’s self-titled debut album is a slow cooked and tasty studio treat.

The full album features 9 original tracks with blues singer-songwriter Dan Dinnen on vocals, guitar and harmonica and Australian blues scene’s much loved and highly regarded Anthony “Shorty” Shortte on drums/percussion.

This debut album is the result of a musical collaboration between two distinct artists, each with their own sound and style. It’s a musical conversation that cooks, and the result is a bluesy gumbo of rootsy goodness, tasty, familiar, yet very much its own unique flavour.
